VAMP Kansas City drags you underground to Dante’s Inferno. The original club opened in December of 1933, the day prohibition was repealed, and gave home to jazz, burlesque and drag.
The performers belonged to another era. Mr. Half and Half. The Charles Perry Orchestra. The Lynn Sisters. But the appetite for vice?
That never left Kansas City.
This is a one-night-only descent into the Sin Palace, where the red lights burned and the mob ruled.
